When autumn arrives, there’s profumo di tartufo in the air at our place. For two weeks, we dedicate ourselves entirely to truffles—with a menu created especially for the occasion: calm, refined, and full of enjoyment.
The truffle menu complements our existing selection, bringing seasonal aromas, careful craftsmanship, and balanced compositions to the plate. All in the spirit of pure flavour—clear ingredients, precisely matched, and prepared with respect.
